Born and raised in California with a Japanese mom from Hawaii and a Father from Idaho. I was always taught me to blend eastern influence with western fundamentals. I continue to perfect my art on both arts under one umbrella.

I grew up with exposure to ikebana and an amazing garden full of flowers from both my grandmother and mother. More Recently I’ve been in the process of completing my 5th the year of ikebana (sogetsu training) with Sensei Hazue Tamura-Stein. I hope to complete my ikebana certification and be an instructor in 2026. I also hope to complete my NYGB Continuing Education Floral Certification in 2026 and am currently working on this.

At Present I am Historian of Ikebana International New York City Chapter and work with a few high level clients on ikebana installations.

In the meantime I am happy to do flower classes with small groups, Ikebana or Bouquets and anything relate to photography, branding, and fashion. Would love to collaborate!
