A little about me

Born and raised in California with a Japanese mom from Hawaii and a Father from Idaho always taught me to blend eastern influence with western fundamentals. I continue to perfect my art on both arts under one umbrella.

I grew up with exposure to ikebana and an amazing garden full of flowers from both my grandmother and mother. Later in life I was in the process of my 5th the year of ikebana (sogetsu training) with Sensei Hazue Tamura-Stein. I hope to complete my ikebana certification and be an instructor in 2026. I also hope to complete my NYGB Continuing Education Floral Certification in 2026.

Currently acting Historian of Ikebana International New York City Chapter. :)

In the meantime I am happy to do flower classes with small groups, Ikebana or Bouquets and anything relate to photography, branding, and fashion. Would love to collaborate!
